The field at the Honda Classic has plenty of star power, highlighted by world No. 1 Rory McIlroy making his 2015 PGA Tour debut. Here is a look at some of the opening-round pairings at PGA National, where McIlroy will play alongside two of the biggest hitters on Tour (all times ET):
7:35 a.m. (No. 10 tee): Russell Henley, Graeme McDowell, Rickie Fowler
Henley returns to PGA National to defend his title, and he'll play the first two rounds alongside two players with past success on the Champion Course. McDowell has three top-10 finishes in the last four years at this event, while Fowler has been inside the top 25 every year since 2012.
7:45 a.m. (No. 10 tee): Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Martin Kaymer
Mickelson is looking to rebound from two straight missed cuts, and he also sat out the weekend last year at PGA National. He'll be joined by Garcia, who let a victory slip away down the stretch last week at Riviera, and Kaymer, who is making his first start in the U.S. since the Tour Championship.
12:35 p.m. (No. 1 tee): Justin Rose, Patrick Reed, Billy Horschel
Rose has finished inside the top five in each of his last three Honda appearances, and he will play alongside Reed, a winner earlier this season in Maui. Horschel rounds out the threesome, still in search of his first top-20 finish since lifting the FedEx Cup in September.
12:35 p.m. (No. 1 tee): Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Brooks Koepka
McIlroy won here in 2012 and lost in a playoff last year, with a mid-round withdrawal in between. He will play the first two rounds with Johnson, a runner-up last week to James Hahn at Riviera, and Koepka, who grew up in South Florida and notched his first PGA Tour win last month at TPC Scottsdale.
