This Masters Sunday would have been the 60th birthday of two-time Masters champion Seve Ballesteros.

The fiery Spaniard won the green jacket in 1980 and 1983, those victories sandwiched between his three Open Championships.

The five-time major winner and European golf icon passed away in 2011 at the age of 54 from a malignant brain tumor.

Seve's son, Javier, tweeted this message Sunday honoring his father and rooting on fellow Spaniard Sergio Garcia, who will start the final round tied for the lead as he looks to finally secure the major title that has eluded him his entire career.
