Tiger's busy upcoming schedule includes Greenbrier

Tiger Woods will have a "busy" few months.

In an unusual move Wednesday, Woods announced his upcoming tournament schedule months in advance.

After teeing it up at next week’s Players Championship, Woods will compete in the Memorial, U.S. Open, Greenbrier Classic, British Open and Quicken Loans National.

Woods is No. 116 in the world ranking. If he cracks the top 50 by the second deadline, on Aug. 3, he’ll likely be at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, too. Though he didn’t spell out that he’d be at the PGA, it’s likely only because of the 140-character limit on Twitter.

Woods has played the July 2-5 Greenbrier only once, in 2012, when he missed the cut.
