Jordan Spieth had a scary moment on Day 2 of the Presidents Cup. Teamed with Patrick Reed and facing the International team of Adam Hadwin and Hideki Matsuyama, Spieth was playing a shot from outside a fairway bunker on the par-5 ninth.

The U.S. was 2 down through eight in the fourball session and Spieth was trying to extricate his ball from the rough, his feet dangling on the edge of the bunker lip.

After swinging underneath the ball and not moving it, Spieth lost his balance and had to jump into the bunker to avoid falling and injuring himself.

Spieth appeared to be OK and the U.S. halved the hole to remain 2 down at the turn.
