The Feb. 12-15 tournament at Horizons Golf Resort north of Sydney will mark the first appearance by a female players in an event sanctioned by the European and Australasian tour.
Davies, the ANZ Ladies Masters champion who has won almost 50 international titles, played in her first men's tournament in October, missing the cut by four strokes in the Korean Open.
'This is a new challenge for me and something I think I will absolutely enjoy,' the long-hitting English star said.
'I had the experience of playing against the men at the Korean Open last year and with the modified Stableford format used at the ANZ Championship I think I will have a lot of fun.'
Two weeks ago, 14-year-old Michelle Wie missed cut by a stroke in the PGA Tour's Sony Open. Last year, Annika Sorenstam played in the PGA Tour's Colonial, missing the cut by four strokes.
South Korea's Se Ri Pak was the only female player to make a cut last year in a men's event, tying for 10th in the Korean tour's SBS Super.
