Drain Leads After Two Rounds of Amateur Tour Finals - COPIED

Golf Channel Amateur TourPALM HARBOR, Fla. -- The second round of the GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour National Championships is in the books at Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club. The top two flights played on the Copperhead Course, home of the PGA TOURs PODS Championships, and the scores reflected a much more difficult test of golf. Travis Drain, a first year Tour member from Broken Arrow, Okla., leads the field after a two-day total of even-par 142.
Aces were wild Friday as two of the 755 National Championship contestants scored holes-in-one during the second round. Jack Savage from the Louisville Chapter and Mark Millard from the Los Angeles Chapter each had a hole-in-one.
GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour members are competing in a four-round championship where the top 20 percent in each flight will play in the final round on Innisbrooks famed Copperhead Course.
