Monty Makes Caddie Change

European TourVIRGINIA WATER, England (AP) -- Colin Montgomerie has changed caddies again, this time hiring Steve Rawlinson from Australian golfer Stephen Leaney.
Leaney is not happy with how Montgomerie handled the situation. He said Thursday that Montgomerie approached Rawlinson early this week and asked him to work with him starting next week.
Colin MontgomerieMontgomerie told Leaney about the arrangement after Rawlinson agreed to make the switch. Leaney then fired Rawlinson at the Volvo PGA Championship.
Rawlinson replaces Andy Prodger, who was hired last year from Phillip Price in similar fashion. Montgomerie told Price of the move after Prodger agreed to the change.
'I am just a little disappointed Colin didn't call me before it all seemed to have been arranged with my caddie,' Leaney said. 'Steve would still have moved whether he called before or after but I would liked to have had the chance to offer him something different.
'I am glad Colin called me but I just wish it had been handled with a little more tact.'
