Tip of the Week: Get longer and straighter off the tee

The 2014 U.S. Open begins next week at Donald Ross' famed Pinehurst No. 2, and as is the case in any championship conducted by the USGA, driving the ball well will be a must for the participants.

What constitutes good driving? A healthy combination of accuracy and distance would be a great place to start.

So make alignment a practice priority and work on your weight distribution at setup as Faldo explains. If you do, you'll see immediate results in your performance off the tee.
