In an effort to pick up more distance off the tee, many golfers end up "getting quick" and the result is a terrible transition from backswing to downswing.

And when that happens, the body has a hard time staying in sequence and ugly shots often follow, most notably the dreaded low hook.

If this is an issue that you deal with from time to time, Brad Brewer has a simple tip in this video segment that will help you.

The key is to make a full turn away from the ball and to focus on completing your backswing.

As Brewer says, "Patience equals power," so finish your backswing and you'll get the distance you want and find more fairways.
