Floyd "Money" Mayweather definitely lived up to his nickname on Saturday night.
The 40-year-old boxer is now 50-0 after defeating Conor McGregor in Las Vegas on Saturday, but the most impressive number to come out of the superfight is how much cash Mayweather is walking away with.
Mayweather was guaranteed $100 million for the fight and after the pay-per-view and sponsorship money is added up, most expect that number to climb north of $300 million.
As PGA Tour player Kyle Thompson pointed out on Twitter, that's nearly three times what Tiger Woods has made on the course over his entire career.
Tiger Woods made $110,000,000 in 328 events. Floyd Mayweather just made $300,000,000 in 1.— Kyle Thompson (@KyleThompsonPGA) August 27, 2017
Of course Woods made plenty off the course as well, topping the $1 billion mark in 2009, a club Mayweather also joined with his earnings this weekend.
To summarize, both of these guys are really, really rich.
