Who? NYC restaurant celebrates PGA win with 'JP'

Talk about knocking a guy down a peg.

Still riding high after his breakthrough major championship win a couple weeks ago at the PGA Championship, Justin Thomas went out to TAO Downtown in New York City with some friends to keep the celebration going.

Only problem is, they didn't know who he was, according to an Instagram post from fellow pro Gary Woodland.

Instead of congratulating "JT" as Thomas is often referred to by his friends, the restaurant wished a big, giant congratulations to "JP." Oops.

The generally good-natured Thomas looked like he played along, for now. He has a chance this week to make his name known in the Big Apple at the first event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs, The Northern Trust.
