Inagural Event Marks Return To Chicago

The inaugural Kellogg-Keebler Classic kicks off in Aurora, Ill., May 31 ' June 2. Stonebridge Country Club hosts the $1,200,000 event.
The LPGA, which has not had a full-field event in Chicago on its schedule since 1994, has had a great turn out for the three-day event. Annika Sorenstam, Karrie Webb, Laura Diaz, Juli Inkster, Se Ri Pak, Lorie Kane, Hall of Fame member Nancy Lopez, and rookie Beth Bader are all in the field.
Monday qualifiers Dodie Mazzuca and Giulia Sergas join the star-studded field.
Weather for the week looks OK for the most part but you're going to want to bring an umbrella for the weekend. Scattered T-storms are predicted during the pro-am on Wednesday. Thursday through Saturday, look for partly cloudy skies with temperatures ranging in the low 80s during the day.
