While “The Match” took center stage on Friday, a pretty fun undercard slid under the radar as the #SB2K crew reunited for some pre-wedding curling in honor of Jordan Spieth’s impending nuptials.
According to a Facebook post from DFW Curling Club manager John Lambert, a party that included the foursome of Spieth, Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas and Smylie Kaufman tried out the popular Olympic sport in Dallas late last week.
Spieth, who got engaged to longtime girlfriend Annie Verret last Christmas, was also joined by caddie Michael Greller, who has been on the bag for all three of his major championships.
The #SB2K crew has lit social media on fire in recent years, taking some epic looking vacations in the Bahamas that featured dancing on top of golf carts, jumping off yachts and plenty of shirtless golf.
Based on the smiles in the group photo, it looks like plenty of fun was had rolling a different kind of rock as well.
