The 17th WGC-Cadillac Match Play Championship is held at the par-71, 7,127-yard TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, California. The Match Play is sanctioned and organized by the International Federation of PGA Tours, which includes the PGA Tour, European Tour, Sunshine Tour, Japan Golf Tour, Asian Tour and PGA Tour of Australasia. 2015 marks the first year that the 64 competitors will be divided into 16 four-player groups and compete in a round-robin format over the first three days (Wednesday – Friday). At the end of three matches, the player in each group with the best win-loss record advances to single elimination match play with the Round of 16, followed by quarterfinals, semifinals and culminating in a final match on Sunday. Sunday’s Semifinals will see Gary Woodland go up against Danny Willett and Jim Furyk take on Rory McIlroy.
