Two-man tourney: Scott leads; McIlroy chasing

November 30, 2013

Adam Scott’s 4-under-par 68 during the 3rd round of the Emirates Australian Open was too much for playing competitor and closest pursuer, Rory McIlroy, to match. Scott takes a 4-stroke advantage over McIlroy and is 8 strokes better than the next nearest competitor heading into the final round. With a victory in Sydney, Scott would be just the 2nd player in history to collect the Australian Triple Crown.
