Tiger Woods has decided on his Fall Series stop ahead of a two-week tour of Australia for the Australian Open and Presidents Cup. He is going to play in the Frys.com Open at the beginning of October in northern California.
With this being Woods’ first appearance in the event, many did not see this coming. For golf fans, Woods or both, this creates a ticket opportunity to see Woods at a rare place in his career.
Tickets for the event are dirt cheap, really. A single-day pass cost $35 on the weekdays of the event and $45 on the weekend. A weeklong badge is going for $125, a good deal considering Woods typically shows up at top events with much loftier price tags. They’re not even on Stubhub yet, so it may be a smart move to get in now.
