Nocera, who also won the Ladies Swiss Open and BMW Ladies Italian Open this season, moved up three places to No. 53 in this week's Rolex Women's World Rankings.
Elsewhere, the top 20 remained almost the same from a week ago.
Annika Sorenstam was first, followed by 16-year-old Michelle Wie, LPGA money leader Lorena Ochoa, Kraft Nabisco Championship winner Karrie Webb and reigning Rookie of the Year Paula Creamer to complete the top five.
After that, Cristie Kerr, Juli Inkster, Yuri Fudoh, Jeong Jang and Ai Miyazato rounded out the top 10.
Positions 11-20 were filled by Mi Hyun Kim, He-Won Han, Se-Ri Pak, Pat Hurst, Morgan Pressel, Shiho Ohyama, Brittany Lang, Natalie Gulbis, Seon-Hwa Lee and Sakura Yokomine.
Yokomine moved up one place from last week, bumping Ji-Hee Lee to 21st. It was the only change to this week's top 20.
