Under Armour has signed Jordan Spieth to a 10-year extension of what has been described as a "comprehensive" partnership.
Spieth, 21, signed with Under Armour upon turning pro in 2013 and became the first golfer to be outfitted head-to-toe by Under Armour in competition. As part of the extension, Spieth will be included in "international marketing, digital, print and social media campaigns" and will be involved in the development of Under Armour's first golf shoe, expected to be released this spring.
"I've really enjoyed being on this journey with Under Armour since turning professional, and I can't wait to accomplish great things together in this next phase of my career," Spieth said in a release.
Spieth notched victories in back-to-back weeks in December, first winning the Australian Open and then the Hero World Challenge at Isleworth. He is expected to make his first start of 2015 at next week's Waste Management Phoenix Open.
