Watch: China's Lin makes first ace for women in Rio

There were a pair of aces during the men's Olympic competition. First by England's Justin Rose in Round 1 on the par-3 fourth, then by South Africa's Jaco van Zyl in Round 2 on the par-3 eighth.

South Korean Inbee Park had one in a practice round at the par-3 sixth. And now China's Xiyu Lin has the first official hole-in-one for the women in these Games.

Lin's tee shot on No. 8 took two hops and jumped into the hole for a 1 during the third round. Check out the video above.

A little while later, Lydia Ko aced the eighth for her first career hole-in-one.
