Playoff beards have been around in hockey since 1980, but as we embark on the 2016 golf postseason, are FedEx Cup Playoff mustaches about to become a thing?
If a Twitter poll posted Monday by Justin Thomas is any indication, the answer is a resounding “yes.”
Thomas got overwhelming support to start the movement from his Twitter following, and an approving emoji-filled response from his buddy Rickie Fowler, who sported some pretty twisted lip luggage early in his career.
Fowler wasn’t the only high-profile Twitter user to respond. Jimmy Walker’s wife, Erin, is all for it, even if it did take a little convincing:
