You know your HBO show is a hit when you start filming golf episodes.
So according to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Instagram page, his show, “Ballers,” has officially made it.
The Rock posted a photo from set on Tuesday of himself hitting a drive that looks much like when he does almost any other normal human function, absolutely ridiculous.
The world record longest drive is 515 yards set in 1974. My drive here measured an estimated 490 yards by the scientists holding the rulers. I failed math when I was a kid, but I think that’s kinda close. One fun day I will break the world record. Great day on the links shooting scenes for our HBO’s #Ballers. Subsequently, I also hit two other great balls... when I stepped on a rake. Ok, no more bullshit haha.. back to work. Have a productive day. #OnSet #Ballers #LasVegas #TheGolfingBeast Big shout out to my bud and the man himself @jordanspieth for my gear A post shared by therock (@therock) on Mar 21, 2017 at 10:13am PDT
His claim of a 490-yard drive seems a bit Justin Bieber-ish, so we think he’s joking, but if he’s not, we’ll let somebody else dispute it, for fairly obvious reasons.
