Anyone see that pig just fly by? Because not only do we live in a world where Tiger Woods shoots 85, but online bookmaker Bovada is willing to let you wager on whether or not he'll do it again before the year's out.
Tiger's odds of winning just about every event for the rest of the year took a major hit after the Memorial, where he shot his worst career round as a pro. He's now 33-1 to win the U.S. Open, 14-1 to win the British Open, 20-1 to win the PGA Championship and 150-1 to top the PGA Tour's money list by season's end. And you better believe the only reason the odds are that low is because the public loves betting on the 14-time major champion, no matter what he's looked like on the course recently.
That being said, by far the most interesting (and probably the best value) bet is whether or not the 181st ranked player in the world will shoot another 85 (or worse) in a PGA Tour event this year.
Whether you think he will or not, anytime you offer people the chance to multiply their money by 14 with the simple click of a button, you're going to drum up some action.
