Lee Westwood missed the cut by a shot. Four over 76 in this second round. He's played every Ryder Cup I believe going back to 1997. You said last night that you thought he needed a good performance this week. How much did he damage his chances to make another Ryder Cup team? Well he's certainly not helped himself this week Rich, and of course the portents were not good. Lee himself has said. He's, he's not right there in terms of his, his game or indeed his mindset. We're all big Lee Westwood supporters. He's been an anchor for Europe for in Ryder Cup teams going right back to 1997. He arrived in the delayed match of 2002. Right at the bottom of the World rankings

Tiger Woods now down to 7th and everyone of these men in the top ten could be dangerous this week in Top Lake. Let's see how Brandell ranks the contenders. Let's go over to Ryan Burr. Thanks Kelly. Back with Brandel. That was a look at the new World Golf rankings. This, this is the money according to our friends at Ladbrokes. One of the top betting sites in the UK. Justin Rose is now the favorite in the casino at 14:1. How about Phil and Tiger all the way down at 20 to 1, so this is where the money is right now. We know where the money usually isn't, and that's especially when tab has to be paid That's a cheap shot, I've paid plenty of bills. I think Justin Rose is going to make a lot of money for lab brokes, my list isn't going to look anything like that, and I'll20:1 on Tiger Woods, nor would I be betting at 14:1. On Justin Rose . Justin Rose has missed three of the last four cuts in the Open Championship. The idea that he can go three in a row, from an emotional standpoint, certainly is not indicated and the fact.>>Give me your top two.>>I'll give you my top two. Henrik Stenson number two and he's number two in the world, but I love Henrik Stenson . He is the monster at finding fairways and cross winds. He is the best there is at finding greens in cross winds.here, coming off an 11th place finish at the Scottish. We have Justin Rose who won the Scottish. We're still missing the #1 player in the world, and oh, by the way, Rory, not on your list! You only got one left! Well the #1 player in the world is going right there on that spot, and people were teasing me the other day saying 'You've picked Adam Scott for every Championship. Not true [Laughter] I picked Matt Kutcher to win the US Open. But not far down that list was Adam Scott . Now Adam Scott is there for nothing but pluses, pluses, pluses in every category where you want to look. Number one in the all around statistics, number one in par 5 birdie percentage. Tiger Woods in 2006 played the par 5's here and 14 under par. He's finished third and second in the last two Open Championships. He's played solid in every tournament, almost, that he's teed it up this year. Adam Scott by far in a way in every facit. Is the betting odds, in my opinion, to win this championship. And another guy

If not Rory: Who could break through for first major?
Golf Channel's Tripp Isenhour and Brandel Chamblee discuss which players have the best chance of taking down Rory McIlroy for their first major win.these names don't have a major championship. I'm talking about Moah Norre, Ryan Moore , Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia , and Ricky Fowler. Now of that group, they don't have a major championship, who do you think could if Rory does slip, be the guy to get his first major championship. That's an extremely impressive group of players and all of them will very likely end their careers with major championships. I like Dustin Johnson the most this weekend. Earlier in the week I was asked to pick my five favorites for this week. I didn't pick Rory McIlroy because I didn't realize the golf course was gonna play as soft as it did in round number one. I didn't realize there were, it was before I saw the forecast. But I did put Dustin Johnson at the top five. And I did put Sergio Garcia in the top five. I put Sergio there because he has everything. And I always just wondered about his attitude. And thatenemy, as you eluded to. Yeah, he has that distraction at the Ryder Cup and he plays that, and by distraction I mean he has he has teammates Mm-hm That bolster him and embolden him. And I think playing for a cause larger than his individual pursuits, I think emboldens him to play that type of golf. This boils down to just him, on that golf course , between that rope. So be no golf course , or there'll be no gar, girlfriend, there'll be no teammates, it'll just be just Sergio Garcia . And he'll have to show us something that he's never show us in the past; a patience to deal with adversity. Yep.
