Brendon de Jonge, who is making his 221st start on the PGA Tour this week, is still seeking his first win. He opened the Valspar Championship with a bogey-free, 4-under 67 that included two birdies and a hole-out eagle from 126 yards on the par-5 14th .
With de Jonge currently tied for fourth, maybe this eagle-3 is just the bit of luck de Jonge needs to get into the winner’s circle.
