When we last left Jamie Donaldson on Monday, he was admittedly “still drunk” after a night of celebrating with his teammates. And why not? The Ryder Cup rookie captured the clinching point for Europe, and soon it was time for some bubbly.
A hooded Donaldson emerged from the Gleneagles hotel Monday morning, and he confirmed the euphoria of being a Ryder Cup hero and not sunk in yet since he was still full with champagne.
Saturday we received word via Donaldson’s Twitter account that the fog has cleared from his celebatory state.
