Twenty-five cards doled out, 25 more to go.
The first half of Web.com Tour qualifiers for next season on the PGA Tour was determined following this past week’s WinCo Foods Portland Open.
An additional 25 cards will be awarded following the conclusion of the four-event Web.com Tour Finals. The first set of cards were based on money earned during the 2016 Web.com Tour season. The second set will be based solely on Finals earnings.
Those who finished Nos. 1-25 still have something to play for. Their earnings will be carried over into the Finals, with combined winnings determining a priority list to gain entry into 2016-17 PGA Tour fields.
The following players are exempt for the Finals, which begin next week at the inaugural DAP Championship outside of Cleveland, Ohio:
- The top 75 money winners on the Web.com Tour money list
- Players who finished Nos. 126-200 on the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup points list at the conclusion of the regular season
- Non-members who have earned enough FedEx Cup points based on their performance on the PGA Tour to place them between Nos. 126-200 on the points list
