Scott: Strip steak, Bay Bugs for Champions Dinner

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Ranking Champions Dinners is a question of taste but Adam Scott’s menu will likely be remembered as one of the best regardless of preferences.

Scott served Australian Wagyu New York strip steak with Moreton Bay Bugs - small lobsters from the Indian and Pacific oceans - and strawberry and passion fruit pavlova for dessert, a meringue-based dish popular in Australia.

The defending champion opened with artichoke and arugula salad topped with grilled calamari and wines from Australia, including a chardonnay and shiraz.
