Ready to purchase your first home?

Make it memorable by owning the 7.5-acre property and yet-to-be-built, 31,700-square-foot palace that Greg Norman has reportedly listed in South Florida. The price tag: a cool $25 million.

This is nothing new for the Shark, who has dabbled in high-priced real estate before. In 2007, he listed his mansion on Jupiter Island for $65 million, or roughly $61 million more than he paid for it in 1991.

But hey, this little listing is no shack either. According to Realtor.com, Norman originally purchased the lot, which backs up to Boca Delray Golf & Country Club, in 2007 for $7 million. Recently, however, he decided to add a colossal home to the package – how thoughtful! – that reportedly will feature seven bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, 28,945 square feet of livable space, a 10-car garage, bridged entry towers and water views. Pets are allowed, too.
