Incredible golf mansion could be yours for $195 million

Thumbnail

The rich and famous of the golf world certainly aren’t lacking in the real estate department (looking at you Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson and Nick Price), but they’ve got nothing on this latest mansion to hit the market that features better golf amenities than your local country club.

According to mansionglobal.com, the property at 2000 South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan, Fla., is currently the most expensive “home” for sale in the U.S. at $195 million, but that price does get you a private golf paradise, and you can’t put a price on that, can you?

The 15-acre compound has all the traditional super-rich features, roughly a million bedrooms and bathrooms divided amongst five buildings, incredible ocean views, a pool area that would make Aquaman jealous, a Caribbean-themed botanical garden, freshwater pond and bird sanctuary, regulation tennis court, basketball court, a playground ... you get the idea.

But what will really get golf nuts psyched about this house is the PGA Tour-type practice area, mini-golf course and (in case it rains) indoor practice facility.

Find more photos of the golf amenities below. For more information or to purchase (yeah right) the property, check out Premier Estate Properties.
