There’s getting in the Masters spirit and then there’s Bernd Wiesberger.
The 30-year-old Austrian (who may or may not sound like he’s from New Jersey) finished T-22 in his first trip to Augusta National last year, and is hoping to make 2016 even more memorable.
With a little help from his friends at Titleist, even if Wiesberger doesn’t leave on Sunday with the green jacket, he’ll have a pretty good back-up souvenir, because he’s playing the year’s first major with a 59-degree wedge stamped with the names of all 18 holes at Augusta National.
To get even more into @TheMasters mood this week: thanks @vokeywedgerep for this amazing work of art #SM6 Will promise to put it to good use this Week! Posted by Bernd Wiesberger on Monday, April 4, 2016
If Wiesberger holes out this week, it will give a whole new meaning to the term “name-dropping.”
