Jason Day heads to the 95th PGA Championship in search of his first major championship. Perhaps the team at Adidas took a page out of some 14-time major winner’s book, because Day will be wearing red two of the four days at Oak Hill.
Day will wear a rotation of the four combinations throughout the tournament at his discretion, so he won’t necessarily be sporting red on Sunday. It wouldn’t be a bad move, though, since Day has come so close at so many majors (three second-place finishes and one third place) in his attempts thus far. Whatever it takes to give him a nudge in the major championship winner’s circle direction.
