Cheyenne Woods has already shown this year that she’s a champion golfer, and Wednesday night she showed that she’s also pretty solid from the pitcher’s mound.
Woods, who won her first LET event at the Volvik RACV Ladies’ Masters in Australia in February, threw out the ceremonial first pitch in St. Petersburg, Fla., prior to a game between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Minnesota Twins.
As the video below shows, the 23-year-old’s effort from the rubber went a little bit better than Lexi Thompson’s did earlier this month at a Florida Marlins game:
