Watch: Fleetwood’s ball in ‘moon-like crater’

Thumbnail

You can’t draw a much worse lie than the one Tommy Fleetwood drew at the par-4 14th on Saturday at the Hero World Challenge.

The Race to Dubai winner took a lash with his driver and his ball bounded into one of Albany’s ubquitous native sandy areas that fans have been walking through all week.

The ball skipped and rolled a good distance before finally coming to rest in a deep, sandy hole - like a footprint left by a member of the gallery.

Fleetwood went on to bogey 14 for his second dropped shot in as many holes.
