Japan crowned another teen winner Sunday on its women’s circuit.

Minami Katsu, a 15-year-old high-school student, shot 11-under 205 to win the Japan LPGA Tour’s Vantelin Ladies Open and become the youngest winner in tour history.

“I never thought I would be able to win,” she told reporters.

Katsu’s performance topped the record of Hyo-Koo Kim, who was 16 when she won the 2012 Suntory Ladies Open.

Ryo Ishikawa was also 15 years old when he won a Japan Tour event in 2007.
