After his breakthrough win at Oak Hill, PGA champion Jason Dufner returned home to Auburn, Ala., with his plane touching down late Sunday night.

Dufner, who won the season’s final major by two shots over Jim Furyk, paused after getting off the plane to take pictures with the Wanamaker Trophy and answered questions for several minutes.

‘I’ve dreamed about holding this trophy for a long time, I just never thought I’d be able to do it,’ said Dufner, who was originally a walk-on to the golf team at Auburn during his college career. ‘Now I can.’
