Euros looking to shake up world order again

Thumbnail

The top four players in the world rankings were Americans at the start of the 2008 season.

This week could end with Europeans holding three of the top four spots.

If Martin Kaymer climbs over Tiger Woods to No. 2 and Graeme McDowell pulls free of his deadlock at No. 4 with Phil Mickelson, this will be the new world order:

No. 1 Lee Westwood (England).

No. 2 Martin Kaymer (Germany).

No. 3 Tiger Woods (USA).

No. 4 Graeme McDowell (Northern Ireland).
