One year ago, Dustin Johnson was coming off a win at Kapalua and was first spotted socially with Paulina Gretzky, whose father, Wayne, is one of hockey’s all-time greats. Twelve months later, the pair are now engaged and, based on a recent video posted by Gretzky, they have been spending some quality time together on the golf course.

“Gettin a little better thanks to my coach @DJohnsonPGA,” Gretzky wrote as a caption for the 10-second Instagram video in which she tees off at an unknown course.

Based on the form displayed in the video, it appears that the lessons from the eight-time PGA Tour winner are paying dividends:

Johnson, who won earlier this season at the WGC-HSBC Champions, tied for sixth last week in defense of his title at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions.
