You can buy Norman’s estate for cool $55 million

Last month, Jordan Spieth bought Hunter Mahan’s old house for $7 million and made everyone question why they didn’t try just a little bit harder to be a PGA Tour player when they grew up.

But just like the rest of us, he’s got a ways to go before he’s living the Greg Norman life.

Norman has put his 26,000-square-foot Jupiter Island, Fla., estate, “Tranquility,” on the market for $55 million, which is appropriate considering it looks more like a resort than a personal residence.

According to the listing, the 8-acre property stretches from the Intracoastal to the Atlantic Ocean. The 4-bedroom, 7 1/2-bath main residence is one of the oldest homes on Jupiter Island, having been built in 1902. The property has amenities including a tennis pavilion, resort-style pool area, Polynesian-style grill house, putting green, complete gym, game room, home theater and 165-foot deep-water dock. There’s also an oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath guest cottage.
