Want to be Lexi Thompson’s prom date?
If you’re an American military serviceman between the ages of 18 and 20, you’re eligible to accompany the 17-year-old LPGA phenom to her prom at Coral Glades High School in Coral Springs, Fla., on May 18.
“I’m looking for somebody special and somebody I can respect, that’s why I’m choosing a guy from the service,” Thompson says in a video at Facebook.com/Lexi and on YouTube that outlines the specifications she is seeking as a prom date.
Thompson’s sponsors are financing a two-day trip to South Florida for the serviceman who wins the honor.
