Rory, Luke and Lee remain 1, 2, 3

Lee Westwood successfully defended his title at the Indonesian Masters on Sunday, but gained little in the Official World Golf Ranking, remaining third behind Rory McIlroy and Luke Donald.

The entire top 10 is unchanged this week, with Bubba Watson remaining the top American at No. 4, Hunter Mahan at No. 5, Martin Kaymer at sixth, Steve Stricker at seventh, Tiger Woods at eighth and Phil Mickelson at ninth. Justin Rose rounds out the top 10.

After winning the Valero Texas Open for his first PGA Tour title in six years, Ben Curtis moved up from 285th to 156th.

John Huh and Matt Every finished joint runner-up to Curtis. Huh cracked the top 100, gaining 23 places to 90th. Every gained 50 positions to 129th.

Volvo China Open winner Branden Grace moved up from 89th to 66th for his third win of the year, just 15 events into the European Tour schedule. Runner-up and 2011 champion Nicolas Colsaerts gained 14 spots to 54th.

Hiroyuki Fujita won the Tsuruya Open in Japan, gaining 15 places to 72nd. Indonesian Masters runner-up Thaworn Wiratchant moved up 41 spots to 161st.
