Monahan welcomes Rolapp as next PGA Tour Commissioner

Jay Monahan will hand over PGA Tour Commissioner duties to current Tour CEO Brian Rolapp at the end of the year. Rolapp will be the fifth person in history of the PGA Tour to hold both titles.
