Rolapp would like Tour to play at prestigious courses but 'not above building things on our own'

Will the PGA Tour seek to host events at prestigious golf courses in major cities or is it looking to build its own structures like it did for the Players Championship? CEO Brian Rolapp says ideally both will be possible in the future.
