Ballesteros' website asks for privacy in painful time

Seve Ballesteros' website confirmed Saturday morning that the five-time major champion died at his home in northern Spanish town of Pedreña.

This statement was released:

"Today, at 2.10 a.m. Spanish time, Seve Ballesteros passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Pedreña.
