
A former model, Elizabeth “Liz” Dickson, has reached an undisclosed settlement in her lawsuit against Playboy and Los Angeles-area radio host Kevin Klein, according to Golfweek. Dickson was seeking $500,000 plus punitive damages, citing "pain, suffering, worrying and anxiety" after a trick shot from her backside didn't go as planned.
While working at a golf tournament for Playboy in March 2012, Dickson let Klein attempt a tee shot off of her "partially exposed" butt cheeks, and she found out the hard way the idea wasn't all it was cracked up to be.
Adding insult to injury were a couple members of the University of South Florida women's golf team, who showed the world a few weeks ago how to properly execute the shot without a subsequent three-year lawsuit:
