The weekend at the Genesis Scottish Open will look a little different this year without Scottie Scheffler, who missed the cut for the first time in almost four years on Friday after shooting 2-over 72.
However, the show must go on without the world No. 1 and Rory McIlroy, Tom Kim and Jordan Smith are leading the way going into the third round at the Renaissance Club.
Matt Fitzpatrick and Min Woo Lee are just one back from the lead and another seven players sit two back from the top, including defending champ Chris Gotterup. Fresh off his win at the John Deere Classic last weekend, Gotterup is on a mission to become the first player to win the Scottish two years in a row.
The tight leaderboard and tough terrain hold the promise of an interesting weekend in North Berwick, Scotland.
