The hole-in-one came on the heels of an eagle-3 at the par-5 seventh. Ryu, playing alongside Henderson, parred the seventh and bogeyed the eighth. That allowed the Canadian to pick up five shots on the lead in two holes.
Both players parred the ninth to make the turn separated by one stroke. Ryu held the lead at 18 under with Henderson at 17 under. Aki Iwai, also in the final group, was at 16 under.
