Jacquelin fires 69 Saturday leads by one

RAGUSA, Sicily – Raphael Jacquelin of France shot a 2-under 69 to take a one-stroke lead after the third round of the Sicilian Open on Saturday.Jacquelin totaled 5-under 204 to pass overnight leader Anthony Wall of England, who shot 72. Wales’ Phillip Price (67) and England’s Jamie Elson (69) are tied for third, three strokes behind the leader.

Jacquelin picked up shots on the first and fourth holes to shoot 33 on the front nine. He also birdied the 12th.

“I’m hitting my new driver really well and staying patient on the greens, which you have to do here,” Jacquelin said.
