Jaidee Leads Pavin Stalls

HANOI, Vietnam -- Thongchai Jaidee of Thailand shot an 8-under 64 Saturday to take a two-stroke lead after the third round of the inaugural Vietnam Masters.

Thongchai had a three-round total of 12-under 204 in the communist nation’s first professional golf tournament. He made eight birdies to take the top spot from Angelo Que of the Philippines, who shot a 70 and fell to second.

``I’m feeling good with my game,’' Thongchai said. ``When I was having dinner with my manager last night, I told her that I wanted to a shoot a 64 today and I’m glad I did it.’'

Former U.S. Open champion Corey Pavin shot a 71, falling into sixth place at 6-under 210.
