The LPGA Tour stays in Hawaii for the Fields Open at Ko Olina Golf Club in Kapolei, where GCSAA Class A Golf Course Superintendent Alan Nakamura is expecting windy conditions this week and a possibility of rain.
Its been a dry year, so there has not been as much growth, but the rough will still be a full 2 inches. Nakamura explains that holes 12-14 can make or break or round since they face straight into the trade winds, which can be fierce.
