The U.S. and Europe are knotted at 10 points apiece heading into the final day of the Palmer Cup at Walton Heath.
The Europeans began the day with a 5.5-4.5 advantage, but the Americans drew even after wins in singles matches from Trey Mullinax, Robby Shelton, Ollie Schniederjans and Bryson Dechambeau. This marks the first time the competition has been tied heading into the final day since the 2005 matches at Whistling Straits, which the Americans went on to win by a 14-10 margin.
The event will be decided by 10 singles matches Saturday, which will begin at 9 a.m. local time. The Americans are defending champions and hold a 9-7-1 all-time advantage in the event.
